Thomas Lawrence (7854/7866/16306) was born about 1596 in England. He married Elizabeth Bate about 1636. He died 5 Nov. 1655 in Hingham, Plymouth, Massachusetts, aged about 59 years.
Elizabeth Bate (7855/7867/16307) was born about 1604 and was a resident of Aston Clinton, Buckinghamshire, England, the daughter of William Bate (15710/15734/32614) and Joan Dover (15711/15735/32615). She died 18 Feb. 1679/80 in Dorchester (Boston), Suffolk, Massachusetts,[1][2] aged about 76 years.
Thomas Lawrence and Elizabeth Bate had the following children:
i. Mary Lawrence, born about 1637, a resident of Hingham, Plymouth, Massachusetts; married Thomas Maudesley, 28 Oct. 1658, Dorchester (Boston), Suffolk, Massachusetts;[3][4] died Apr. 1723, Dorchester (Boston), Suffolk, Massachusetts,[5][6] aged about 86 years. ii. Nicholas Lawrence, born about 1639, a resident of Hingham, Plymouth, Massachusetts. iii. Elizabeth Lawrence (3927/3933/8153), baptized 6 Mar. 1641/2, Hingham, Plymouth, Massachusetts. iv. Sarah Lawrence, baptized 4 Mar. 1643/4, Hingham, Plymouth, Massachusetts.
